we went to colorado and took pictures from the windshield

Started the trip with a gorgeous
Kansas sunset. 
Ended the trip with a breathtaking
Colorado sunrise.

20+ hours in a vehicle.
Three days of snow skiing.
One condo full of crazy fun people.
Laughs. Many many many great laughs.
Like cannot-breathe-gonna-pee-my-pants laughter.

Obviously there will be another post on this trip soon. But this little traveler is beat. Not to mention my tummy hurts. Does anyone else think it's fun to see how much candy you can eat on a road trip? Here's my travel tip for the day: Do not leave for vacation on Valentine's Day. You will somehow take four gigantic bags of candy with you and you will somehow eat every last bite.
Every. Last. Bite.

I'm off to brush my teeth.
Twice.

  1. ooooh that sounds like so much fun! And yes, I have the exact same problem with candy and sitting in the car. I try to do sunflower seeds instead. :)

  11. I love laughter like that - my husband makes me laugh so hard I feel like I'm going to die nearly every night around bed time. Which means then I can't fall asleep for ages. But I love love love laughing!

    And... no more candy for me. Valentine's Day added 2 pounds to my backside. I need to get rid of it!
